Photogrammetry 3dscan baked to hires textures.
Each materials is tileable (seamless) and mostly PBR calibrated.
As CG artist with 20years of exprience into 3d, 15years of architectural visualisation, i aim to produce the best ratio quality / optimization in each of those assets.
That means no extrapolated textures (and no 4k textures for objects 500px wide on final render like commonly seen in most online libraries), image consistency at pixel level, no 32bits when 16/8bits is enough, no 64k or so textures and crazy amount of data to handle by 3d software and renderer, with textures files Go sized.
When you know that 8k textures can handle 64M polys, you can fit there lot of crispy detail and realistic material.
My main topic is nature assets or organic surfaces, i dont really feel the need to involve the whole process of baking hires relief textures maps on very flat concrete, or finished wood, you would go on capturing albedo only.
